This program provides management with a confidential assessment of compliance with OSHA regulations and aids businesses in correcting unsafe conditions. This is not an enforcement program. Rather, it allows businesses to correct serious hazards identified by an evaluation within a mutually agreed upon period of time, helping to improve workplace safety while reducing exposure to penalties for non-compliance.
