Colorado - Douglas County Stormwater Management The Douglas County Construction Site Runoff Control (CSRC) program center assists in the effective implementation and enforcement of our Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control (GESC) and Drainage, Erosion, and Sediment Control (DESC) programs. Training sessions for County staff, designers, and construction site operators are held.
