State Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Resources
General:
Minnesota follows federal Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting requirements.
State-Specific Rules:
Owners or operators of facilities that submit TRI reports are required to pay annually: $200 for zero releases and transfers; $400 for more than zero releases and transfers but not exceeding 25,000 pounds (lb); and $800 for releases and transfers exceeding 25,000 lb.
